The food is good to the point where I’ve come here around 4 times. There’s a lot of options which is great and they offer a variety of flavours. It is more expensive than what you’d expect but you can always measure them before you checkout to make sure you’re not accidentally spending £30+ per portion. One thing I noticed first three times was no matter how little I put in I always couldn’t finish it - the portion sizes seemed so big but you can always ask to take it away. One nice thing you can do (which I did last visit) is fill up one bowl with different ingredients and ask for two or three smaller bowls which ends up amounting to 12£ per person and a portion size that’s perfect! I’d heavily recommend- Meal type

I was really impressed as the food was warm and comforting, and they even shaped the shrimp into a heart which was very cute. More than anything it was fresh and the whole place was tidy. Everything was beautifully presented, and the staff were friendly and made me feel right at home. You can tell they care about the details, both in the food and the service.

Had a hotpot at Soup Co and honestly, it was such a comforting meal. The soup was warm, fresh, and full of flavor without feeling heavy. Everything was beautifully served, and the whole setup just felt thoughtful. Definitely a place I’d definitely come back.

I went here with my sister and I can say it was absolutely amazing!!! The lady owner was so sweet and kind, explained us in how it works! I honestly loved the experience, and so did my sister. We've never had hot pot before but with the wide range of halal options I can say it definitely didn't disappoint! Another thing, they were super attentive, restocked ingredients when they were low and cleaned tables as soon as customers left! We will definitely be back again and I'll definitely capture the experience a lot more next time! Thank you!!- Service

I recently had the pleasure of eating at Soup CO in Manchester, and it was an absolute delight! The variety of ingredients and soup bases available is simply astounding, catering to every taste and dietary preference. Whether you're vegan, vegetarian, or looking for halal options, Soup CO has you covered. The food is not just diverse but incredibly delicious, bursting with authentic flavors that leave you craving for more. The staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience. The restaurant itself is super clean with a lovely environment and charming decor that makes for a perfect eating atmosphere. Although it can be an obstacle, they try to prevent cross contamination by having different colour coded tongs in each tray of ingredient. Highly recommend!- Service

Owner response
Thank you for the review
An extremely positive experience, the food was of excellent quality. The idea of being able to create your own noodle bowl is truly unique. The atmosphere was great, and especially the service was outstanding. I will definitely be back!

Well worth it, the staff were helpful and helped us get started also. Will definitely be coming back. The laksa soup and pepper soup bases are both incredibly tasty. Can be pricy but you get a hell of a lot of food for your money.
The menu is very well labelled for dietary restrictions- Service

SO good. I recommend Tum Yum or Laksa as the soup base. The price is reasonable considering how much food you get and how good the food is. The picture I put below fed me for almost 3 meals and I paid £18 for it. At first you might choose too many toppings but you need less than you think to be honest. It’s not great if you have any allergies though, as it’s likely for people to use the same tongs to pick up multiple toppings. Overall it’s great, I became a regular customer after only one time of trying the food!!- Service

If you like soup noodles then this is a must try! It is not cheap but you do end up with exactly what you want. The concept is simple. You go into the restaurant, head right towards the chiller cabinet and collect a large plastic container and a pair of metallic tongs then just put ingredients you want into the bowl. There are weighing scales opposite for you to check as you go along.
The selection is excellent, veggies such as Pak Choi, Choi Sum Chinese leaves, three types of mushrooms, tofu, meat and fish balls, prawns, squid, frogs legs, mussels, roast duck, beef, lamb, tendons. At the end of the line you get to choose the type of noodles you want.
You then get the bowl to have it weighed. £2.99 per 100g then £3 for the soup base. You have I think six different soup base but I think the Malatang base is very good for someone who likes it hot.
You collect a number and go and sit down and the servers will bring you your creation when it’s cooked! Highly recommended!- Service

Really helpful staff on arrival. It wasn’t busy so she had time to quickly show me what to do. Fantastic array of ingredients to choose from. The process was quick and easy. Not the cheapest and I saw some couples sharing one bowl, which made sense. However, the broth was so tasty - both the signature spicy and I tried my daughter’s tomato too - both very flavourful. The only ingredient I’d leave out another time would be potato slices as they just don’t cook for long enough and still had a bit of bite to them. My daughter was so impressed with the k-pop mix of music in there, including her faves Stray Kids and Enhypen! Would definitely recommend and return. Found this place after walking out of Ban Di Bul down the road (please do not go there!!).- Food
